On today’s agenda… vintage shopping, then Fashion’s Night Out.
Last night I attended the Rent the Runway event in Buckhead. Here is what I wore…
Dress: Zara (This or That) ; Shoes: Giuseppe Zanotti
Bag: J.Crew ; Earrings: Ippolita (Steal)
Dress: American Apparel ; Jacket: Zara (This, This, or That)
Bag: Car Shoe ($ or $$) ; Shoes: Stuart Weitzman (Suggested)
Some may lay claim to black on black being boring and basic. I, in fact, see it as an extremely creative outlet.
Tip 1: Picking a single color palette allows you to experiment with textures.
Tip 2: Black is one of those colors that you can buy very frugally without it looking cheap (tan- not so much.)
Tip 3: You can choose any pop of color that tickles your fancy.
Tip 4: Black = classy, so it is okay to show a little more skin
Tip 5: DO NOT mix your shades of black if one or more is faded
